Job description

Wallace House surgery are looking for dynamic and enthusiastic individuals who are interested in working within the primary care environment

This is an administrative role in which requires patience, able to pay attention to detail, good communication skills as well organisational skills.

Workflow Optimisation is the name for a process that trains an Administrator to effectively and safely read, code, action and complete clinical correspondence.

Up to 80% of clinical correspondence can be directed away from the GP. This can free up to 40 mins per day of a full-time equivalent (FTE) GP time.

This role will also require communication with patients, clinical and administrative staff.

The hours required for this role will be:
Monday -Friday, 9:00- 17:00pm with 1 hour unpaid lunch.

The clinical software used on site is SystmOne so previous experience of this would be beneficial but not a requirement as training would be available.

Training for this role would be provided online from external agencies as well as internal training and support from management and colleagues.
