**Role title: OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR**

We are looking for a motivated individual to join our small team and fast-growing company as an OFFICE ADMINISTRATOR, at our main office & warehouse in Grays Essex on a part time basis.

Your time will be spent working on general business administration, company HR and accounts work.

We are looking for someone with experience in an office environment or as an administrator, who has great organisation & interpersonal skills.

As a relatively small team it is important our team members can add additional responsibilities and roles as they grow with us. As the company grows, our team can grow into more senior roles.

It is essential new hires are:

- work well under pressure
- have strong computer skills
- extremely organised & efficient

**Role Title: Office Administrator**

**Hours**:16hrs minimum - 08:30 - 16:30- Monday & Tuesday

Possibility of remote working for additional hours - however that is dependent on workload.

**Contract**: an initial 3 month contract, with opportunity to extend to full time.

**Key Roles**:
**Company Admin & Accounts**:

- General business administration
- Accounts / Bookkeeping admin:

- Working alongside accountants to ensure all invoices & receipts have been filed
- Organising freight
- Managing courier billing
- Health & Safety audit / reviews
- Reporting weekly business KPI's to all staff & director

**HR Admin**
- HR filing & training scheduling
- Hiring - CV checking, interviews & onboarding

**Project work**
- Working alongside Director on various projects, such as:

- producing a training programmes for business
- data organisation tasks

**Progression**
- Duty manager as additional role at successful 3 month review

**Skills required**:
Excellent written & spoken communication skills including phone manners.

Excellent MS Office knowledge, familiarity with IT and good numeracy skills.

Good working knowledge of Health & Safety.

To be able to complete work in a timely and professional manner.

Have a desire to push towards further academic professional advancement.

Common sense and a strong sense of responsibility.

**Job Type**: Part-time
Part-time hours: 16 per week

**Salary**: £10.90-£12.50 per hour
