This is an outstanding opportunity for a 3+ PQE Property Litigation Solicitor to join one of the top law firms in the UK.

The Role
- Commercial and residential property clients.
- Enforcing rights on freehold property, including advice on easements and restrictive covenants, development related issues, contract disputes concerning land, adverse possession, boundary disputes, etc.
- Landlord and tenant disputes, including preparation and service of notices, dilapidations disputes, arrears claims, disputes regarding the assignability of leases, alterations covenants, etc.
- Advising on and managing all stages of litigation, dealing directly with clients and instructing/working alongside other professionals such as surveyors.

**Requirements**:

- England & Wales Qualified Property Litigation Solicitor, 3-7 PQE
- 2:1 degree or higher (Desirable)
- Experience of House Builder Litigation (Desirable)
- Strong technical knowledge and skills in litigation
