This is an exciting opportunity for individuals who thrive in retail and customer-facing roles. As a Retail Sales Assistant, you will be responsible for representing our clients in the utility sector at retail outlets and pop-up locations across Glasgow. Your primary goal will be to connect with potential customers, explain the benefits of our energy services, and guide them through the sign-up process. This role is perfect for someone who enjoys achieving targets, building customer relationships, and being an integral part of a dynamic sales team.

**Responsibilities**:

- Engage directly with customers in various retail environments, including shopping centres, pop-up stalls, and local community venues.
- Explain the advantages of switching utility providers, offering solutions that help customers save money and access sustainable energy options.
- Demonstrate a friendly and professional demeanor, ensuring that every customer receives exceptional service and has their questions and concerns addressed effectively.
- Meet and exceed sales targets set by management, actively participating in all sales initiatives and promotions.
- Assist in setting up and maintaining marketing displays to ensure promotional materials are clear, attractive, and informative.
- Gather customer feedback and report insights to the management team to help improve campaign strategies and customer engagement approaches.
- Participate in team meetings and continuous training sessions to stay informed about the latest utility market trends and service options available to customers.

**Requirements**:

- Full and unrestricted right to work in the UK (unfortunately, we cannot consider Tier 4 or PSW visas).
- Must be available to work full-time hours.
- Must not have applied to any Imperial Consulting roles within the past 30 days.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to quickly build rapport with customers.
- A proactive attitude with a passion for sales and achieving results in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in retail, sales, or customer service is preferred but not essential, as full training will be provided.
