Head Receptionist

**Job description**

**Partington’s Holiday Centres Limited is a family-owned company based in Blackpool, Lancashire. There are three fun filled Holiday Parks in Blackpool, along with one Holiday Park in Cumbria and one in Skipton.**

**Role: Head Receptionist**

**Location**:Tarn House Holiday Park (Skipton)

**Hours of Work**:Full time

**Days of work**: - Wednesday - Sunday

**Salary**:£12.12 per hour

**What we need from you**:

- To train all Reception team members in the correct use of all equipment associated with the Reception area to enable reception team members to use the equipment; safely and effectively.
- To manage all issues related to the Reception team members including; rosters, internal training, performance management and attendance management.
- To produce rosters at least two months in advance.
- To coordinate and document the training and development of all Reception team members.
- To undertake the recruitment and selection of all Reception team members, liaising with HR to ensure Company Policies and Procedures are complied with.
- To work closely with the Park Managers and Sales team for the effective delivery of all reception services.

**Skills, experience and qualities you will need**:

- Receptionist experience in a similar role
- Experience of leading a team
- Full preferably clean, driving licence
- The ability to demonstrate our company values at all times, FUN,FAMILY & FRIENDLY

**Important Information**
- Applicants must be able to produce right to work documentation.
- Successful applicants will also be required to undertake a basic DBS check and DVLA licence check.

**One more thing.... holidays happen at holiday times, so you will need to work your magic on bank holidays, evenings and weekends too**
