**Support Worker / Housing Worker - Zero Hour Contracts** **Devon and Cornwall** **Can you support and inspire customers with varying needs (such as learning disabilities or mental health challenges) to lead independent lives? (No personal care involved)** About the role: Our support services are very highly regarded in the sector, this is largely down to the fantastic staff we employ. As a Housing / Support Worker (Zero Hours) you will join a bank of people who are available to pick up work, often at shortnotice, to cover either annual leave, staff sickness or other periods of staff shortages. However, no hours can be guaranteed. The work is varied, and the focus will depend on who you are working with.
