OVERVIEW:
- The newly appointed Commercial Solicitor will be working on a wide range of commercial contracts for clients in the private and public sector.
- Your caseload will include drafting agreements, IP and IT matters managing both your own clients as well as working on larger client teams on major transactions.
- You will be expected to contribute to the team’s marketing initiative through developing new products and undertaking business development work, as well as supervising junior colleagues.
- You will have at least 3 years’ PQE in commercial law and have a proven track record in delivering first class advice on a range of commercial contracts.
- Any experience in IP, IT or Data Protection law would be a distinct advantage.
- It is essential that you are self-motivated, team player, adaptable to working with a wide ranging client base and able to give clear, commercial advice at all times.
