We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic Gatehouse Security Officer to join our dynamic team on a permanent basis.

**Our well-known client has been in their industry for well over 100 years.**

**Average of 48 hours per week**

**Working a 4 nights on 4 nights off shift pattern**

**Payrate £9.50**

**Must hold a full driving licence, knowledge of Access Control and basic Microsoft skills**

Working in a busy gatehouse with a colleague to control access/egress, deliveries and contractors arriving on-site and support on first aid (training available).

**How you will make an impact as a Gatehouse Security Officer**:
The role of the Gatehouse Security Officer will be to provide a Security service in this busy Gatehouse which is located on our client's site in line with the Assignment Instructions and customer requirements. You will be protecting the customer's employees,property and other assets by delivering the highest levels of customer service which consistently demonstrates Securitas' core values of Integrity, Vigilance and Helpfulness.

You will prevent and deter unauthorised access to the site and monitor fire alarms, intruder alarms and CCTV as appropriate whilst conducting external and internal security patrols with another member of Securitas.

You will be expected to drive a manual company vehicle onsite and be first-aid trained.

**What you will bring to be a Gatehouse Security Officer**:

- **SIA Licence or wiling to attain with our support**:

- **Right to work in the UK.**:

- **Five-year checkable employment history or be able to produce documentary evidence of any period of unemployment**, self-employment, or full and part-time education during that period.
- IT Literate
- Hold a valid UK manual driving licence
