**Hours: Full time**
**Salary/Benefits: £45,000 - £55,000**
**Role Details - People Partner**We are currently looking for a dynamic People Partner to join a newly formed team on an initial 6-month contract.
Reporting to the Senior People Partner, you will be responsible for providing hands-on People HR support. You will become a trusted point of contact for the personnel within your team, through creating an inclusive, safe and positive work environment.
**Responsibilities of the People Partner**:
- Provide day-to-day generalist HR support to all business areas
- Pro-active liaison with Employee Connection to ensure all letters, contracts and paperwork in the 'employee life cycle' are issued accurately and in a timely manner.
- Take proactive steps to ensure all HR systems, local policies and procedures are updated regularly to take account of new and forthcoming employment legislation.
- Support the Senior People Partner and Finance Business Partners on annual budgeting, forecasting, and tracking of all ongoing people costs.
- Provide support on the annual pay review ensuring fair, consistent and appropriate rewards in line with budgets.
- Provide advice and support to managers on employee compensation matters (including benchmarking), remaining up to date with local market trends and practices.
- Track the visa / certificate of sponsorship status of all relevant employees to ensure compliance with immigration law.
- Provides advice, coaching, counselling and training to educate & proactively create and maintain a positive, inclusive, respectful and safe work environment.
- Pro-actively partners with Employee Relations, Labour Relations and Employment Legal to deliver HR solutions on people related issues.
- Manage Occupational Health referrals and any stress risk assessment processes as necessary
- Oversee and conduct exit interviews. Work closely with the People Partner Coordinator to prepare quarterly employee turnover analysis highlighting reasons for leaving, trends in turnover and ensuring appropriate and timely feedback is given.
**Skills required for the People Partner** Strong in communicating clearly with all level stakeholders, keen collaborator and builds strong relationships with employees.
- Good judgment and ability to balance the needs of the company and employees.
- Sound knowledge of applicable UK legislation and regulations
