- The events team are responsible for the set up & execution of all on site events from 'Big night in' to the 'Baby event'. We work across a wide range of teams within the business from Marketing, Merchandising, Buying & Supply Chain to ensure all critical paths are on track. We work to ensure all events are delivered on time & all sales opportunities maximised._

**The Role/Profile**
The role of Events associate plays a vital role within the team, working closely with the events managers to ensure all details that make up the events are on track & ensuring perfect execution. You will develop a good understanding of what events we have on the calendar & leading the supporting admin to ensure these are executed on time & accurately. You will have an eye for detail, confident at communicating with people across different parts of the business & able to pick up processes quickly.**Key Responsibilities**
- Curated list of products that make up each event - Using data to drive choices
- Communication with buyers to align best product choices for events
- Managing late event tagging for products to be included outside of deadlines
- Setting up the event set up forms for buyers to make submissions each period
- Ensuring buyers diaries are set with relevant deadline reminders
- Supporting on market price checks for future promos & collating detail
- Supporting on meal deal admin - checking promotion details
- Promotion & events checks at each phase change
- Supporting on promo detail accuracy ahead of change over

- Strong excel skills desirable
- Good communicator
- Good organisational & admin skills
