Streamline Search are currently working with an established Freight company actively seeking an Import & Export Coordinator to join their Frimley location.

Our client specialises in European freight, ocean, road, and air services and run a small fleet with trucks and vans. Providing delivery and collection services in the UK, also provide ocean, road, and air services to and from Europe. Due to continued growthin the company, they are looking for a self-motivated individual to join them on a full-time permeant basis.

**Import & Export Coordinator - Position Overview**
- Receiving enquiries and providing rate and service solutions to move vehicles via Air/Sea or Road.
- Organising transportation to collect, ship and deliver vehicles (Domestic or International movements)
- Completing all necessary documentation to support the movements - Air-waybill, Bill of Lading or Road docket.
- Completing Customs declarations via self or though sub-contractors as required.
- Shipment tracking and providing updates to all stakeholders.
- Rate maintenance of existing carrier contracts, customer pricing.
- Compiling reports for Customers including photographic reports.

**Import & Export Coordinator - Position Requirements**
- 3 + years’ experience within Import & Export / Freight Forwarding industry.
- Previous customs experience would be beneficial
- Excellent written & communication skills
- Excellent attention to detail
- Ability to work well under pressure
- Based within a commutable distance of Frimley, Surrey.

**Import & Export Coordinator - Position Remuneration**
- Salary £28,000 - £35,000 (Dependant on experience)
- Monday - Friday 08:30 - 17:30
- 28 days holiday, including bank holidays
- 5 days sick leave per year
- Company pension scheme & parking on site.
