An exciting opportunity has arisen for entrepreneurial and ambitious individuals to join one of the West Midland’s highest rated property agents, HR Estate Agents, across their Coventry and Warwickshire area.

This self-employed role is aimed at both experienced agents with a proven track-record and existing network; as well as those ambitious professionals who are keen to build a career in the lucrative field of property sales.

HR Estate Agents prides itself on providing a dynamic, supportive, and fun environment geared towards enabling its agents to attain their personal, professional and financial goals.

When you join, what can you expect from us?
- 70% commission from the sale of all your listings paid upon completion
- Training and on-going support from the Managing Director and other experienced colleagues
- Coventry City Centre office location for training and meetings
- Ability to earn extra commission through introductions into our Mortgage Broker, HR Financial Services, and our network of Solicitors

When you join, what does the job entail?

As a self-employed agent, you will be given full responsibility for your clients. With ongoing training and support provided, this will require:

- Creating and consistently executing a prospecting strategy
- Widening your reach and personal branding with on-and-offline networking
- Establishing a presence across social media featuring regular updates
- Perfecting your pitching skills to secure listings with a defined marketing plan, well-researched property valuations and local knowledge
- Booking and attending viewings with prospective buyers
- Generating offers for your listings
- Upselling ancillary services with commissions available (financial services and solicitors)
- Negotiating Sales
- Progressing Sales
- Key Handovers

Full training is available for this role with no prior experience in property sales required.
