**Housekeeping / Laundry Assistant**

**Shipston Lodge Nursing Home**

**£10.42 per hour plus £1.25 per hour Attendance Bonus**

**16 hours per week - Weekend onlys**

**Duties for this role will include**:

- Effectively manage the housekeeping, laundry and ironing of clothing and linen to a high standard, ensuring an adequate supply of these items at all times.
- Have a working knowledge of washing and drying different fabrics.
- Responsible for the maintenance of the laundry equipment.
- Cleaning of Residents Bedrooms and all Communal Areas
- Maintaining Housekeeping Stock
- Be aware of health and safety policies.

Experience is not essential; as we will support you with all the training and support you’ll need to do the job. What is important to us is that you are a caring, enthusiastic and self-motivated individual, who is interested in working in a close and friendly team.

**Flexibility to work alternate weekends is needed.**

**Job Types**: Full-time, Part-time, Permanent

**Salary**: Up to £11.67 per hour
