We are now seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team in Leeds.

**Role Overview**
As a Cleaner, you will play a vital role in maintaining a clean and healthy environment for our service users and staff. You will be responsible for cleaning residential properties across Leeds, ensuring that each home is hygienic and comfortable. A driving license and access to a vehicle are essential for this role as our properties are dispersed across the city.

**Key Responsibilities**
- Clean and maintain residential properties, including living rooms, kitchens, bathrooms, dining rooms, and hallways.
- Follow the Green Bridge Community Housing Cleaning Guide to ensure thorough and efficient cleaning.
- Use appropriate cleaning supplies and equipment provided by Green Bridge, or purchase supplies for reimbursement upon receipt submission.
- Ensure high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in all properties.
- Adhere to the cleaning supplies checklist and room-by-room guide to guarantee comprehensive cleaning.
- Manage time effectively to clean multiple properties within working hours.
- Handle all cleaning tasks with care and respect, in line with our values of Belonging, Respect, and Integrity.
- Ensure all health and safety protocols are followed, including safe handling of cleaning products.

**What We’re Looking For**:

- Full UK driving license and access to a car (travel across Leeds required).
- Previous cleaning experience preferred, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and a proactive approach to maintaining cleanliness.
- Ability to follow a structured cleaning guide and adhere to company policies.
