**Job Summary**
We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Seamstress to join our established UK business The Zip Yard Lisburn road.

You'll need to be an 'all rounder' with your seamstress / tailoring skills and you'll have to meet specific time frames and be able to produce a high quality of work.

**Duties**
- Operate various sewing machines, alter, and repair garments and têxtile products.
- Trouser & skirt shortening ability
- Jacket sleeves shortening
- Trouser tapering
- Waist alterations
- Dress reshaping
- Re-positioning of zip
- Re-lining of Jacket or coat
- Evening dress alteration (take in sides, move straps, shorten with vent) Working with Leather

**Qualifications**
- Proven experience as a Seamstress or in a similar role is preferred.
- Proficiency in various sewing techniques and familiarity with different types of fabrics.
- Strong attention to detail with excellent organisational skills.
- Ability to work independently as well as part of a team.
- Good communication skills to collaborate effectively with colleagues.
- A positive attitude and willingness to learn new techniques or processes as required.

Pay: £12.50-£13.00 per hour
