**Progress Coach**

We are seeking to appoint an enthusiastic and self-motivated individual to join one of our Learner Experience Team. The successful applicant will provide effective coaching for students on an individual basis or in a group setting to support students to overcome barriers to ensure course success. You will also ensure students have appropriate information and guidance to facilitate progression and employability. The College offers an excellent pension scheme (LGPS) and the post holder will receive up to 43 days’ paid leave per annum.
