This is your chance to join a large public sector organisation showcasing your administration and typing skills in a role that could lead you into new opportunities. Work within a team environment, providing comprehensive administrative support whilst working both remotely and in modern offices in Colwyn Bay.
In the Secretary job, you will be:
- Providing professional and confidential secretarial support to the Management Teams and Director/Heads of Service with a range of clerical tasks including typing, filing, data inputting, diary management, travel arrangements, appointments, spreadsheets, photocopying, invoicing and scanning
- Carrying out research and following up on planned tasks, dealing with confidential matters and handling a wide range of enquiries
To be considered for the Secretary role you must have:
- Previous administration experience including strong typing / minute taking ability
- Strong IT skills, with knowledge and experience of Microsoft Office
- Good organisational skills and strong attention to detail
- Ability to use own initiative, work unsupervised and manage a high-volume workload
This is a full-time vacancy working 37 hours per week, Monday to Friday for a temporary period of approximately 8-12 weeks. You'll be starting on a salary of £11.00 p/h plus holiday pay and you'll be working from offices in Colwyn Bay and also remotely too in this hybrid model of working.
