Education 1st requires Child Support workers to join our existing mentoring team to lead / engage with offsite / onsite activities for children at various venues across North Somerset and surrounding areas.
Education 1st is an alternative Learning Provision for children and young people that are not able to manage mainstream education for a variety of reasons. We work with them for a period of time to enable them to either return to their original setting or move on to something new that is more suited to their needs.

Education 1st is an alternative learning provision which works to engage and reintegrate vulnerable young people back into education settings.

You will need to be able to follow diligent processes and procedures to the letter.

Safeguarding Statement:
Full time hours, All year round: 37.5 per week

Full time hours, Term time only: 37.5 per week

Part time hours, All year round: (Minimum 15 hours per week, 9am-2pm)

Part time hours, Term time only: (Minimum 15 hours per week, 9am-2pm

**Salary**:
Full Time, All Year Round - £21,255/£22,000

Term Time Only £18,394/£19,035

Hourly rate: £10.90/£11.28

**Salary**: £21,255.00-£22,000.00 per year
