Purpose

This is an exciting opportunity to be the cutting edge of the growth in Shaw Trust Supported Internships. These job coach opportunities are based in Reading, York (fixed term 5 months), Wandsworth, Bexley, Stratford, Harrow and Havering.

**Essential**:
**You will have**:
NVQ Level 6 or equivalent qualification in Careers Education and Guidance, Youth and Community work or Social Care (or working towards), ILM L5 coaching award

Agreement to undertake the L3 Supported Employment qualification

Proven record of success in engaging SEN participants on Programme
