We are currently on the hunt for an experienced Health and Safety Business Partner as continue to grow our portfolio across Europe to ensure that we can scale in the right way

As the Health and Safety BP you will engage with different teams throughout the business to bring to life creative and new ways of doing business with a safety mindset.

Here's what you'll do:

- Develop and implement a regional HSE strategy that aligns with our global business objectives and enables us to thrive
- Develop and manage our business-wide risk register and support the identification of our critical and significant HSE risks that could harm our customers, teams, contractors, and visitors.
- Lead and inspire all levels of teams across the European business, supporting and advising where needed.
- Lead in the development of a robust and externally recognised audit plan to ensure compliance with regulations and management systems with the aim of continuous improvement
- Review current HSE governance structure, chair HSE Management Team Meetings and record actions and outcomes, as well as leading our regional HSE Committee.

Here's what you'll need:

- NEBOSH qualification or relevant qualification to degree level
- Significant experience within a similar senior role in HSE, with experience starting ‘from scratch’
- In depth understanding of relevant HSE legislation and the management of quality management systems across UK and EMEA (or access to resources for relevant information)
- Proven experience working remotely with key decision makers, ability to influence ‘up and down’
- Project Management Skills, previous experience managing multiple projects and tasks.
