Mornflake are looking to recruit a **Specifications Technologist** to join our team in Crewe.

Location: Crewe (site based)

Hours: 9am to 5pm

**Specifications Technologist - **The Role:
A Specifications Technologist is required to join an innovative food manufacturer. In this role you will report to the Product Development Manager, create specifications, work with NPD and ensure launches are right first time and coordinate the flow of informationand data into the specifications.

**Specifications Technologist - **Key Responsibilities:

- Completion of customer and product technical specifications, including specific customer requirements (this includes all UK based food retailers, plus some EU based retailers, and a limited number of business-to-business customers)
- Create and maintain accurate specifications and records for product related factory documentation
- Support customer factory audits, visits, and reviews
- Support in maintaining product development files
- Ownership of agreed product nutrition data and support with respect to nutrition surveillance queries
- Carry out internal audits as part of the internal audit team

**Specifications Technologist - **You:

- Effective communication style, both written and verbal
- Have proven attention to detail, be organised and tenacious
- Have experience of working to deadlines and managing priorities
