**About the Opportunity**

Prospection is at an exciting ‘scale-up’ stage, significantly expanding our workforce and scaling both our product platforms and analytics services in key international markets. To do this successfully, we need a robust set of strategies to make sure we are focussing on the right things and efficient operations to help us get those things done quickly and effectively.

We are looking for a driven and smart individual to join our growing Strategy and Operations function. Working closely with the Head of Strategy and Operations, COO, Head of Data & Partnerships and CEO, you will have the opportunity to define and build strategies for Prospection’s next stage of growth and implement them into everyday business operations. You will help identify and assess strategic options for the business, including new partnerships, guide decision making with insightful analysis & reporting, ensure tight execution of plans and help land the most critical projects that evolve the business and capitalize on the significant growth ahead. You will have a love of data, analysis, process and storytelling as well as the confidence to surface unpopular recommendations and drive difficult decisions where necessary in a rapidly evolving, early stage environment.

You will see the impact of your work through increasing ARR and margins, well aligned teams, faster attainment of goals, new strategic partnerships with key players in the health care data ecosystem, accelerating company valuation and most importantly - better health outcomes for more patients around the world.

**Responsibilities**

**Strategy: Help Prospection chart the path to a sustainable $B+ valuation**

Serve as strategic thought partner with the Head of Strategy & Operations, Head of Data and Partnerships, CEO, COO & Executive to consider strategic options and decisions for the company. Whilst this role will get exposure to all aspect of Prospection’s Strategy and Operations, the focus will be particularly on:

- Commercial due diligence and business cases on potential new strategic partnerships with key players in the health care data ecosystem, including detailed financial modelling and strategic assessment
- Acting as a key member in the deal team for new strategic partnerships, including designing, evaluating and recommending potential partnership models and deal structures and assisting with deal negotiation and execution
- Holding and refining the strategic 3 year model for the company, and presenting analysis based on it for the annual planning cycle with the Executive and Board
- Effectively communicating strategy and ongoing updates to multiple audiences (eg Board, Exec, Investors & Staff) including development and presentation of materials

**Operations: Drive operational cadence & discipline to align teams and ensure effective execution**

Work with the Strategy & Operations Team to:

- Set, monitor, score and adjust Company OKRs, role based KPIs and management reports to drive follow through and impact in line with the strategy
- Facilitate Prospection’s ‘operating cadence’ (ie recurring schedule of well designed & run meetings, reports & offsites) to drive execution & follow through on commitments
- Preparation, synthesis and QA of materials with a consistent narrative for all-staff comm’s (eg Grand Rounds) and governance cycle (eg Board / CEO / Investor packs)
- Creation, curation and updates of a company knowledge base to house key operational processes, templates & IP; Coach teams to become a learning organisation

**Strategic Projects: Identify and drive rapid, one-off projects to pivot, accelerate or problem solve**

Get your hands dirty in implementing key cross-functional projects across the business, including:

- Dig in, analyse and review critical problem areas (eg slow sales in a key area) to drive rapid resolution then hand back to the business owner for ongoing management
