**Cotteswold Dairy** are looking for an experienced **Cleaner - Team Leader**to join their team based in **Tewkesbury.** You will be working on a **full-time, permanent basis** and in return, you will receive a **competitive salary plus benefits.**

**Working Hours**: 37.5 hours per week, 5 days, Monday - Sunday

**Cleaner - Team Leader role**:
Cotteswold Dairy, a family business with 85 years’ successful history is looking for a reliable and confident Team Leader to join the production department. Working across the entire site, you will be responsible for a team of staff who operate in a varietyof locations including offices, the production area and the laundry

You must be a competent leader with excellent personnel skills, adaptability, communication, and have the drive to achieve outstanding results. We strongly encourage progression within the business, and many of our previous cleaners have moved onto otherroles within the dairy, production and offices

This role is hands on, working alongside and coordinating the team to ensure internal and external hygiene standards are met

**Responsibilities as our Cleaner - Team Leader**:

- General factory and office cleaning; washing, sorting and storing of company personnel work wear
- Creating and implementing cleaning schedules; stock control, logging of work wear & PPE; ordering and replenishment of consumables
- Maintaining excellent levels of Health, Safety and Hygiene by understanding and ensuring compliance with the Company’s Health and Safety Policy statement, and ensure all procedures are followed *
- Due to food hygiene regulations only one solid wedding band is permitted. No earrings, studs, bracelets, necklaces, makeup, strong smelling deodorants or perfumes are permitted in the factory areas

**What we’re looking for in our Cleaner - Team Leader**:
You will have a proven and successful track record in a Supervisory role in a busy environment with the ability to motivate and co-ordinate your team. You will be a strong communicator with a positive attitude, and have a keen eye for detail; coupled withthe ability to work in a fast-paced environment, reliably commute to work, and be flexible to work the full shift pattern
