Role: Marine Operations Coordinator

Location: Liverpool - Ability to Work From Home

Reporting to the Marine Operations Manager, the Marine Operations Coordinator UK will support World Fuel Services’ UK marine operations by safely scheduling the delivery of WFS’ marine fuel product to customers.

Key Responsibilities:

- Scheduling marine vessels to load a variety of fuel types and deliver to customers.
- Acting as point of contact with the terminal, ship Captains, port agents and harbour authorities.
- Approve marine invoices.
- Other marine related tasks as required.
- The position includes some out of hours, weekend work and covering other locations.

Essential Skills
- Knowledge and experience of marine tanker operations, logistics scheduling or port operations
- Able to deliver high quality accurate work.
- Identifying and managing priorities and managing expectations internally and externally
- Embracing team objectives, constructively cooperating and contributing
- Good IT skills, particularly in excel spreadsheets.
