**About Us**:
7 Lakes Country Park is a family-run holiday park, providing a tranquil retreat for those with privately owned caravans. Situated in the North of Lincolnshire we offer a variety of leisure activities, including fishing and water sports, for our guests. We are seeking a dedicated and reliable Bin Person to join our small but passionate team.

**Role Overview**:
As a Bin Person at 7 Lakes Country Park, your primary responsibility will be to maintain cleanliness throughout the park by collecting rubbish and ensuring waste bins are emptied in a timely and efficient manner. This role is crucial in maintaining the high standard of hygiene and presentation at our holiday park. Flexibility is key, as other park duties may be required, ensuring smooth operation and customer satisfaction.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Collect and dispose of waste from designated bins across the park.
- Ensure all park areas remain clean and free of litter.
- Manage and empty waste bins regularly.
- Assist with park maintenance and upkeep as required.
- Perform other park-related tasks, including general cleaning and light maintenance, as directed by management.
- Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations, especially regarding waste management and environmental cleanliness.

**Skills & Requirements**:

- Ability to work independently and manage tasks efficiently.
- The ability to handle outdoor work in various weather conditions.
- A good eye for detail and high standards of cleanliness.
- Flexibility and a positive attitude toward taking on additional tasks as needed.
- A strong work ethic and the ability to be reliable and punctual.
- Experience in a similar role is beneficial but not essential.

**Working Hours & Availability**:

- Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM.
- Occasional overtime may be required.
- Some weekend work will be required on a rota basis.
