IT Trainer

Cordius are currently recruiting for an experienced IT Trainer who loves technology to join a top 100 law firm based in Tunbridge Wells (with trips to London Victoria office as and when required). This position will be hybrid.

**About the role**

Our client will be introducing new technology over the next couple of years, so they are now looking to hire an additional IT trainer to help engage all employees and to act as a technology advocate. In this role, you will be creating training plans, driveuser adoption, run workshops and sessions, network across the firm and facilitate tech demonstrations. The IT Trainer will need to be flexible to be able to adopt different methods of communications with users and be open to trying new methods of training(such as social learning).

**Skills, requirements and your experience**
- Passion for technology
- Experience with running technical demonstrations, running IT training/workshops (in person, or online/digital)
- Networking and communication with a wide range of users
- Approachable, empathic, engaging communication style
- Be adaptable to different learning styles
- Provide effective and engaging training
- Experience with MS Office 365 and MS Teams
