Principal Resourcing are actively working with one of their partnership special needs schools to recruit a 1:1 support to work at their**Secondary** site. You will be working with _different SEN such as Autism/challenging behaviours_. Ideally you will be free**5 days** a week, but they would consider a_ job share for the right fit. _

They are specifically looking for someone with knowledge and experience of supporting children/adults with special educational needs or have the passion to do so. This would be very ideal for anyone in a care background.

You can expect to be paid **up to £90** per day depending upon your experience and success within the role.

**Within the role you will be required to**:

- Support and enthuse learners to reach their potential
- React to children’s interests to engage their learning opportunities
- Provide opportunities that will excite and ignite a passion for learning
- Deliver planned guided work
- Supporting the class teacher to deliver the curriculum

**Skills and attributes**:

- Cache Level 3 or equivalent or experience working within an education setting
- Curriculum experience is advantageous
- Have empathy, patience and the drive to make a difference
- An observant and responsive approach
- A positive, energetic and enthusiastic attitude
