**What We Require**:

- CIPS (Chartered Institute of Purchasing and Supply) or equivalent experience
- An excellent technical appreciation of the range of procurement regulations applicable to CSG businesses
- Ability to negotiate at the highest levels to secure best value
- Expert knowledge of the Procurement Act and Public Contract Regulations
- Private and Public sector experience
