This company formed in 2002, is a Midlands based telecoms provider offering businesses a total solution embracing hardware, mobile, support agreements and connectivity options.

They have experienced consultants, project managers and engineers, to deliver the correct technology solutions for your business.

WV9, Wolverhampton

**Working Hours**:
Monday to Friday 08:30 to 5.30 - Working from home Monday, Wednesday and Friday

**Salary**:
14k - 16k depending on experience

**Role and Responsibilities**

You will be responsible for the day-to-day analysis and resolution of incidents and requests, ensuring that SLAs are met, and tickets are kept up to date, to service and interface with our business to business clients. Support will be required for the following products/services: WLR/PSTN, SIP Trunks, Connectivity including xDSL and leased lines. On premise NEC, Mitel and Panasonic systems. Cloud based Wildix and Horizon systems.
- Contribute to request and incident resolution by way of performing troubleshooting, programming changes and escalation to suppliers where required.
- Ensure tickets are up to date and logged to the highest quality, correctly identified and prioritised, and responses are timely, containing meaningful feedback, thus ensuring an excellent service to all clients.
- Provide existing customers with quotations for additional products and services, and ordering and configuring these prior to delivery where required.
- Remote deployment of cloud based telephone systems for our clients including remote end user training sessions.

**Desired Qualities, Skills and Knowledge**:

- Strong customer service skills, incident analysis and prioritisation, and effective communication.
- Good telephone manner as you will be answering support calls.
- Basic understanding of networking principals (Routers, VPNs, LANs etc) advantageous.
- Strong organisational and time management skills.
- Ability to define issues and requests, collect data, establish facts, and draw valid conclusions.
