Safari, Banbridge’s **multi-award-winning** restaurant, is expanding

We're currently on the lookout for **energetic, customer-focused Front of House team members** to join our vibrant, fast-paced team.

These are initially part-time roles, with the potential to transition into full-time in the coming months to support maternity cover and event staffing needs.✨ What We’re Looking For:

- **Minimum 12 months’ verifiable experience** in a **high-pressure, fast-paced** café or restaurant environment - **essential**.
- A **bubbly, outgoing personality** who genuinely **loves interacting with customers** and thrives on delivering outstanding service.
- A confident communicator who can:

- Recommend daily specials and menu items, including **gluten-free options**:

- Provide accurate **allergen and dietary information**:

- Promote new dishes and make **every guest’s visit memorable**

Bonus Skills (Training Available):

- Experience making **specialty coffees**: lattes, cappuccinos, mochas, etc.
- Skilled in creating **thickshakes** and working quickly under pressure.
- **Bar experience** is a definite plus

**Requirements**:

- At least **1 year’s experience** in a **fast-paced, high-pressure** restaurant or café
- **Level 2 Food Hygiene Certificate** (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- **Allergen training** within 30 days of starting (or willingness to obtain within 30 days)
- A **fully checkable work history** and **two verifiable references**:

**How to Apply**

Working Hours:

- **Monday - Wednesday**: 9:00am - 4:00pm
- **Thursday**: 9:00am - 8:00pm
- **Friday & Saturday**: 9:00am - 9:00pm (may vary based on private events)

Pay: £10.00-£13.50 per hour
