**Main Responsibilities for a Management Trainee**
- Participate in team meetings and assist in the development of departmental strategies and initiatives.
- Assist with the preparation and analysis of business performance reports, including financial data and key performance indicators (KPIs).
- Conduct market research and competitive analysis to identify business opportunities and potential risks.
- Support the department in the development and execution of marketing and sales plans.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure effective communication and coordination of activities.
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs for new employees and interns.
- Monitor and track progress towards departmental goals and objectives.
- Contribute to the development of proposals and presentations for new business opportunities.
- Provide support in the planning and execution of events, such as trade shows and industry conferences.
- Continuously seek to improve processes and procedures within the department, and identify opportunities for innovation and growth.

**Please note - this is a full time position specifically based in Glasgow.**

**Salary**: £24,248.74-£25,350.48 per year
