Duties and Key Responsibilities
- To complete all tasks as instructed by your team leader which may include any process line operation or task in line with approved skills
- To work safely to ensure the highest standards of plant safety are achieved, following all Health & Safety procedures and wearing all appropriate PPE or safety equipment as required

General Responsibilities
- To be responsible for ensuring that all work is completed to a high standard including self-checking and inspection of your own and colleagues’ work
- To ensure identification of components on completion of work and its placement in the correct areas
- To work with minimum supervision
- To take part in the continuous improvement activities, to develop and improve production methods and / or Company efficiency
- To undertake any training that is required to enhance the skills base
- To carry out tasks in any Department when required
- To be fully aware of the Company’s Quality and Environmental Procedures and Work Instructions
- To accurately complete job bookings through the computer entry operating systems
- To ensure good communication with both colleagues and supervision
- To carry out any other duties that may reasonably be requested giving due regard to your existing status

Experience, Skills & Qualification Requirement
- Safety compliance and awareness
- Experience in a manufacturing environment
- A good general level of secondary education as a minimum requirement
