- Analyse clients’ financial situations to develop personalised financial plans and strategies.
- Prepare comprehensive reports detailing investment options, risk assessments, and financial forecasts.
- Deliver clear and professional advice to clients regarding investments, pensions, insurance, and other financial products.
- Assist in the organisation of client meetings, appointments, and follow-up communications.
- Conduct research on market trends and financial products to inform advice provided to clients.
- Ensure compliance with industry regulations and internal policies during all client interactions.
- Support the team with administrative tasks related to client management and report writing.
**Skills**
- Strong report writing and analysis skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent communication skills to effectively explain financial concepts to clients of varying backgrounds.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook; familiarity with IT systems is essential.
- Knowledge of financial services, planning processes, and regulatory requirements within the industry.
- Organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities efficiently and meet deadlines.
- Customer service orientation with a professional approach to client engagement.
- Good time management skills to optimise productivity throughout busy periods.
