We are looking for a motivated and confident individual to join our sales team in our Hartlepool office.

Leader Online is an online retailer of DIY & building materials, in particular doors, flooring & furniture.

We are currently looking to recruit an experienced sales person to work in our sales department. The role will involve processing new orders, actively pursuing sales leads, including following up sample orders.

Product knowledge of flooring or timber materials would be desirable, but is not necessary.

**Job description, including their routine daily duties**:
To work alongside our sales admin team processing new orders and identifying sales leads.

Working within established guidelines, particularly with product brands, and building up a strong product knowledge of flooring and other materials.

**The personal skills that are required for the job**:
Having a friendly and engaging personality.

Comfortable speaking on the telephone with a confident & polite telephone manner.

Must be driven, and able to work independently.

A background in B2C or B2B sales would be preferred.

A background in timber and/or flooring would be strongly preferred.

Should be articulate and have good writing skills.
