Our Member Support is truly at the heart of everything our members experience.

As a Member Support Associate, you’ll be an essential part of a Fintech that’s transforming insurance for good for the gig-economy. You’ll make a difference and play a key role in delivering first-class, member experience.

This role will allow you to obtain a full and broad understanding of our business and help shape the future of a global support function.

**What you will do**:

- Join a world class team (across the UK & Netherlands)
- Highlight repeat issues/areas that need improving and be ‘the voice of the customer’
- Help build out our internal resources and, over time, help to train and mentor future hires
- Contribute to the disruption of our social mission

**Requirements**:
You will need:

- Excellent communication, problem-solving skills and attention to detail
- Enthusiastic, empathetic and able to adapt to different personality types
- Experience with Zendesk / Intercom, G-Suite, Slack or you’re able to pick up new software quickly
