Night Porter/cleaner

**Hertford House is an independent boutique hotel, restaurant, bar and event space based in the centre of Hertford town, we are looking for talented, happy, industry professionals with a passion for the food and drink industry to join the Hertford House team.**

**We're looking for an experienced night porter / cleaner to join our team in a full time capacity.**

**Your duties will include**:

- Checking in / Checking out hotel guests at reception
- Responding to queries of hotel guests throughout the evening.
- Serving beverages and snacks
- Working closely with the housekeeping team
- Regular security checks of the whole venue
- Following a daily cleaning list for all public areas including main bar areas, customer toilets, function room etc....
- Good communication and organisational skills
- Good level of verbal and written English
- Exceptional customer service skills
- Confidence and knowledge in how to handle guest complaints
- A fantastic attention to finer details and a perfectionist when it comes to cleaning tasks.

Part-time required only

3 nights per week 22:30-0700
