Walker Cole International are searching for a Global Medical Affairs Manager to join a small, global pharmaceutical business within the rare-disease field.

As the Global Medical Affairs Manager you will responsible for the development and medical oversight of the companies commercial and clinical stage products.

As the Global Medical Affairs Manager, you will be responsible for:

- Project management and coordination for all aspects and phases of the development of the product portfolio.
- Medical monitoring responsibility for the companies programs.
- Provide training on therapeutic areas to clinical professionals, company staff and trial study teams.
- Ensure compliance with clinical trial standards within the team and, in partnership with regulatory affairs and pharmacovigilance.
- Primary point of contact for all scientific and medical issues and queries.

Qualifications & work experience required:

- Medical Degree, MBBS or Medical Doctor (MD).
- Experience in the pharmaceutical industry within specialty care, rare disease or orphan drugs.
- Knowledge of good clinical practice (GCP).
