Monday - Friday & early finish on Fridays

**We’re looking for a Senior Service Advisor with experience with premium brands including Mercedes, BMW, JLR & Audi.**

The successful applicant would have experience working with main dealerships or premium brand independent specialists.

**You should be able to;**
- Communicate effectively over the phone & face to face.
- Have good telephone manner & literacy skills
- Understand vehicle components & be able to explain vehicle faults in a customer friendly way.
- Use computers for garage management & parts systems.
- Liaise between technicians, the parts department & customers.

**Salary**: £35,000.00-£40,000.00 per year
