Vacancy for Warden

A vacancy has occurred for a live-in Warden and partner at a 21 flat sheltered housing complex in Bexleyheath. All residents are retired.
Hours: Five day week including alternative weekends
Remuneration: Commencing salary £15,000 per annum. Reviewed annually. All services, water rates, heating, lighting and repairs to the Warden’s lodge paid by the Trustees.
Location: Bexleyheath, Kent
Job Description: To visit each resident daily, to ensure their health and well being by promoting and organising events for the benefit of the residents.
Warden’s partner, to attend to minor repairs, acting as a good neighbour to the residents if they want help with small jobs e.g., changing light bulbs
