**Hotel Receptionist**

**An impressive 3 star hotel and conference centre located on the University of Stirling campus.**

40 hours over a 5 day shift pattern.
- We at the Stirling Court Hotel are looking for a cheerful and outgoing person, with strong people and team player skills to join the team in our high volume and popular hotel on the stunning university campus._
- We have excellent opportunities for learning and development and believe in giving our employees the chance to grow. _
- You will be welcoming our customers, allocating rooms, checking them in and out of the hotel and listening to and managing any requests._
- The role involves cash handling, balancing finances, answering and directing telephone calls, reserving rooms and full administrative duties. _
- You will be a providing a friendly, polite and reliable service and should have the drive and determination to help ensure consistency is maintained throughout. _
- Ongoing training is offered; therefore you must be highly focused with a willingness to succeed and deliver consistently great service._
- To be considered you will be:_
- _Proficient in Microsoft office packages - Word, Excel and Outlook_
- _Able to work efficiently under pressure and in a customer facing role _
- _Capable of analysing and resolving problems _
- _Highly organised and able to prioritise and plan ahead with mínimal supervision_
- _A good team player and able to communicate well with colleagues _
- _Flexible and willing with a positive, can do attitude _
