**The Vacancy**

You’ll be based in Cumberland House in Carlisle initially, and once your training is completed you will have the flexibility to work from home on a hybrid basis.
You will work alongside a large team of other advisors where we help our customers with mortgage and protection advice.

This is a full-time role, but we’d be willing to consider part time or family friendly hours (we can be flexible with working hours between 8am and 7pm) - just ask

**Main responsibilities include**
- Running your own diary of customer appointments, providing advice on mortgages and protection over the phone
- Retaining our existing Mortgage customers
- Giving customers the amazing experience they expect from us
- Maintaining your advisor competency

**About you**

We’re looking for a CeMAP qualified advisor, with either direct or broker mortgage experience.

We want to hear from you if:

- You have a great personality, and love speaking to people (especially customers)
- You’re fun, positive and enthusiastic
- You can tell us about how you care for your customers, and go the extra mile
- You’ve got experience in working to performance targets
