I'm currently searching for a hardworking, ambitious and proactive Behavioural Support Assistant to support children with mild to moderate additional needs. If you feel pulled to working with SEN children in a primary school environment and feel that youcan help to encourage, motivate and drive children to reach (or even surpass) their potential then this Behavioural Support Assistant role is your perfect opportunity
The school is located in a lovely community in the centre of Wokingham with easy access to local transport links and has on-site parking.
Experience working with SEN children as well as a good knowledge and understanding of SEN is essential for the role and being competent in working with challenging behaviour is advantageous. This relevant previous experience could include SEN 1:1, helpingwithin an SEN nursery, working in the care industry, in a sport setting or in a similar SEN classroom setting etc.
