Head of Transformation required for a large public sector body to lead the Transformation and Business Intelligence team, providing expert advice, staff development and process improvement.
**The Role**
The Head of Transformation will;
- Lead on the technical aspects of costing and benchmarking for all services.
- Provide cost information for negotiations.
- Provide financial support to the organisations transformation programs, including business case developments.

**The Person**
The Head of Transformation will;
- CCAB Qualified Accountant
- Experience of working in a complex environment
