**Position Summary**:
**Key Responsibilities**:
- Assist in processing invoices.
- Process customer receipts to the system in an accurate and timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records and files for financial transactions.
- Handle customer requests into the shared mailbox.
- Respond to inquiries from internal teams and external vendors.
- Manage incoming correspondence and direct it to the appropriate team members.
- Perform general administrative duties, including data entry and filing.
- Collaborate with team members to improve processes and workflows.
**Qualifications**:
- Previous experience in an administrative role, preferably in finance or accounting.
- Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving.
