Experienced Front of House team member wanted for Plant Based Café in Liverpool ONE.

Are you **fully available** for a working rota? Are you a people person? Do you have multiple years of hospitality experience which includes excellent customer service, barista skills and latte art? Are you interested in plant-based foods and specialty coffee?

As a customer focused business we are looking for someone who is caring and active with customers with a heightened sense of awareness for their needs during service.

We are looking for a team member who can work well in a fast-paced environment whilst keeping their working area clean, providing fantastic customer service and making amazing coffee.

We serve fresh, delicious, whole food plant-based dishes and drinks to our customers to dine in and take away. We are a very unique business who are passionate about innovation, flavours and encouraging creativity within our team. There will also be opportunities to progress within the company as we continue to grow. We are a family run business who are hands on and wish to create a friendly, fun and positive work environment for all of our employees.

The team get great tips and share them equally with lovely free food for breaks, free coffees and a staff discount.

We are daytime cafe Sunday - Wednesday 9.30am - 5pm and a day to night cafe Thursday - Saturday 9.30am - 8pm.

Duties include: - Providing 5 star customer service to every customer from the moment they arrive to the moment they leave.
- Building rapport and relationships with new and regular customers. Working with a digital till and ordering system.
- Handling cash and card terminals.
- Carrying out opening and closing procedures. Handling and preparing stock and prep. Running food and drinks.
- Taking orders for sit in and takeaway. Clearing tables and maintaining a clean environment.
- Demonstrating awareness of customer needs on the floor. Ability to multi-task and remain calm under pressure.
- Preparing and serving drinks to a high standard.Maintaining a clean and organised bar area. Latte art and drink decoration.
- Working well within a team.
