My client, based in Berkshire are one of the world leaders in the display technology industry.
They are currently looking for a Senior Embedded Software Engineer - WFH to join their rapidly expanding R&D department. This role would provide the opportunity to work either at home, predominantly, or at their office in Pangbourne, Berkshire.
This role will predominantly be based from home and they don't see that changing. Their software team was working from him pre-COVID.
Knowledge, Skills and Experience - Senior Embedded Software Engineer - WFH, will include:

- Experience in developing and debugging C in embedded RTOS.
- Ability to define problems, collect data, establish facts and repro-cases, and develop, prove, and document conclusions and/or resolutions.
- Strong information gathering skills: ability to read, analyse, and interpret technical journals, engineering specifications, and related forums.
- Ability to respond to technical inquiries from co-workers, customers, and vendors in a clear, accurate, and professional manner (both written and in person).
Experience of the following would be beneficial, not essential:

- Experience working within Agile teams, processes & frameworks.
- Knowledge of Networking, including TCP/IP and related protocols.
This job will require an experienced Senior Embedded Software Engineer - WFH who has previously worked within a large team of Engineers on new product design within a complex environment.
