**Shape your world**

We are looking for a Certified Performance Tester to join our expanding team of technical testers and impact the solutions we create for our customers. Your role will involve providing specialist testing advice and delivery, being accountable for managing performance testing activities on projects within a program or service. Working as part of a wider agile test team, you will support activities in traditional/agile team, lead and manage on the testing effort. Liaise with stakeholders, supplying and presenting reports when required. You will be expected to produce performance test strategy/plan(s) and estimate test requirements when required. This role will require you to be eligible to undergo an SC Security clearance due to the nature of our clients.

**Your experience**

As an expert Performance tester you will have strong experience in testing over a variety of technologies along with:

- Performance testing tools such as NeoLoad, Load Ninja, jMeter, WebLoad, Smartmeter, Silk Performer, Loadrunner
- Creation of test reports and conveying key aspects to customer in both technical and non-technical terminology
- Knowledge of coding languages such as JAVA, SQL, C#, and Visual Basic
- Experience of Test management tools - HP ALM, JIRA, Silk Central
- ISEB Certified / ISTQB Certification
- Advocate for freeware, shift left and CI/CD

**It would also be desirable to have any of the following**:

- Knowledge of Containers, Docker, Kubernetes
- Microservices architecture
- Mocking and stubbing tools, i.e. wiremock, mockito
- NoSQL database - MongoDb, QuerySurge
- Location - flexible but being able to travel is essential
