**Head of IT - 6 Months - Hybrid Working - Inside IR35**

We are looking for a Head of IT, initially for 6 months to lead the IT Function, including service delivery. You will be managing teams, ensuring project delivery, managing budget and making sure everything aligns with their operating model.
- Line and functionally manage the IT Service Delivery function
- Sponsor the project portfolios, preparing business cases, solving problems/removing blockers & reporting to senior management
- Continually improve the IT Service Delivery function at an operational level
- Support the enhancement of the OM model as Group Transformation activities start to impact the structure of IT

**Required Skills and Experience**:

- Previous experience working in a senior IT Management position
- Experience of delivering IT services across the business
- Experience of working with senior management teams to deliver strategies and overall improvements.
- Experience of managing teams and projects
