Our business supports other businesses with their day to day admin. Running a small business can be hard and as a business grows business owners may have to outsource some tasks to enable them to run their business more efficiently. And those are the tasks we do.
We do the admin tasks that businesses don’t have time to do or don’t like to do so they can concentrate on running their businesses.
Due to the nature of the companies that we work with it is a great opportunity to work with different systems and learn how they work and how they can benefit different companies.
Job Title Administration Assistant

Duties
To provide general admin support to the companies we work with.
Data Entry into spreadsheets and online systems.
Assisting with ensuring diaries are kept up to date with all the relevant information.
Paper filing of receipts.
Certificate creation.
Sending out invoices on online systems.
Populating template documents.
Assisting with setting up online booking systems.
Adding content into social media systems and websites.
This role is perfect for someone who has an interest in learning a wide range of new skills and systems. We are looking for someone who likes systems and processes but is also keen to learn how a small business runs. As well as supporting our clients there are tasks within our business such as assisting with getting our marketing and website up to date, newsletter creation. Training will be given on all our systems.
**Job Types**: Part-time, Permanent
Part-time hours: 4-8 per week
**Salary**: £9.50 per hour
