**My client is a well established, busy retailer looking for a Warehouse / Dispatch Supervisor to join their successful team The company are based locally to the Heathrow area.**

**You will be responsible for leading, organising and motivating the team to achieve goals and objectives and overseeing the dispatch function of the warehouse operation.**

**Other duties will include**:

- Implement procedures to improve delivery
- Supervising a team of approx 20 warehouse personnel and ensuring smooth running of order dispatch and pick pack operation
- Processing dispatch notes
- Monitoring of Health and Safety
- Overseeing use of on site machinery
- Inventory
- Overseeing Goods in

**You must**:

- Be fit and healthy, able to lift and move boxes up to 20kg
- Proven experience in inventory analysis and stock management
- Excellent leadership and communication skills
- Commercial minded

**Working hours**:
**Rotational shifts of the below**:

- 4on 4off, 7am - 7pm
- 3on 2off, 1pm - 10pm
- 4on 4off, 7pm - 7am
